Fish Taco

Yields: 10 tacos Preptime: 20 minutes Cook time: 5 minutes


  • 1 lbFish Fillets of Your Choice
  • 2 1 oz pkgsCasa Fiesta Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 pkg8-inch Soft Taco Wraps
  • 1 8 oz pkgShredded Lettuce
  • 2Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1 cup Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • 1 8 oz jarCasa Fiesta Salsa
  • 1 16 oz container Sour Cream
  • Vegetable Spray as Needed


  • In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream with one package of taco seasoning mix. Place mixture back into container and refrigerate until ready to assemble tacos.
  • Prepare a charcoal fire or preheat gas grill for direct grilling over high heat.
  • Once grill is hot, spray with vegetable spray and grill fish until flaky, about 4 minutes per side.
  • Remove from grill and heat taco wraps.
  • While wraps are heating, break the fish into big chunks.
  • Take the tortilla and spread sour cream mixture on one half, cover with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and fish.
